Apart from the good weather (except in England, where the difference from winter is negligible), one of the most exciting prospects that the summer brings is change. The summer break, coupled with the inevitable impact of the academic school year means that now is the time where lots of thing will start to change for me. It always does!

I know that my world will look very different by the time Christmas arrives and yet at the same time other areas of my life will seem exactly the same. I haven’t planned a surprise move to another continent and I have no plans to leave the work I’m passionate about, so it’s a bit of a strange feeling really. Looking back to life a year ago, things were totally different. It’s amazing how we often resist change, yet grow into it without realising. I’m looking forward to seeing how things pan out!
